Influenced by chinese culture, rice and chicken porridge is one of Indonesian beloved breakfast. Different from region to region, though similar in principal, rice and chicken porridge is easy to find from street vendors to five star hotel. Hot, savory, variety of texture and a touch of spiciness give this meal a lovable quality.
